President Ratchford's congratulatory letters, 1959-1971.

This collection consists of incoming and copies of outgoing letters, telegrams and memoranda relating to President Ratchford upon his appointment as Director of Agricultural Extension (1959), Vice President for Extension (1965), Interim President (1970), President (1971), and election as a Squire (1971). Most of the letters are from well-wishers within the University's four campuses, state and national political office holders and financial and agri-business people.
